Stanford senior Christina Aragon placed second in the women's 1,500 meters at the Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track and Angell Field. It was the first track race in more than a year for Aragon, who helped the Cardinal capture third place March 15 at the NCAA Division 1 Cross Country Championships in Stillwater, Okla. It was also Aragon's first meet competing at home since the 2019 Payton Jordan Invitational.
